One Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered author:

One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers. (Authors who actively engage with the students they mentor are eligible to submit multiple abstracts, exceeding the limit of two).
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
Other authors in multi-authored papers must register as an Audience in order to benefit the facilities of the conference.

Paper Submission

Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via email to: info@iqrarastirma.com
The official languages of the conference are Turkish and English; all papers must be written and presented in either Turkish or English.
All abstracts and full texts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
The abstract must clearly state the objectives and results of the study that will be elaborated in the final manuscript.
The abstract text should not exceed 300 words and must be written in Turkish or English.
For papers written in Turkish, titles, abstracts, and keywords must be provided in both English and Turkish (titles should be listed with Turkish first, followed by English).
Following the peer review process, you will be notified of the acceptance status of your abstract via email within 5 business days.
If your abstract is accepted (and you wish to submit a full text), please submit your final full-text manuscript by January 5, 2027.

Conference proceedings are screened using the iThenticate plagiarism detection software. Excluding references, the acceptable similarity index must not exceed 25%.
